Out of town travelling all over Europe and the US for over 3 weeks... First week I was pretty good - the last 2 weeks or so it was extremely difficult to stick to the diet... The absolutely amazing this thing was that when I got home I went straight back to Dukan attack phase for 2 days and I only gained 0.5 lb!!!! This is an unqualified miracle as far as I'm concerned!!
I am currently in the midst of a second 5 day Attack phase to get me back on track - this morning I weighed in at 154 so I'm down 1.5 lbs in 3 days .
I am soooooo happy!
