Reasonably well for last. Poorly for the 2 weeks prior.

Just back from vacation and overeating. Ramping up the running for marathon season and adding about 200 extra calories of intake per day. Time to keep an eye on the numbers closely for a while.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
