No exercise, wild meal schedule because my wife has been hospitalized and I try to be with her. Last few days I have been trying to meet her needs at rehab hospital and work and take care of home and myself. Seems I am not doing anything very good. Well I have been losing weight. I hope at least that that is going in the right direction.
