Hello FS friends, it is another beautiful night. I'm feeling very positive today. I found an amazing workout to do (at work no less) which incorporates one of my favorite things...jump roping. It is a HIIT program and I managed to get in 40 minutes of jump roping last night which was REALLY hard work. Basically I started off jumping for 1 minute every 10 minutes for 4 hours, and then I did a 15 minute session of 40 seconds all out as fast as I could and 20 second rest for 15 rotations. It felt great! I was so tired I slept like a baby today, and woke up feeling fabulous! I felt so good in fact that I actually put on makeup for the first time in like over a year. I never bother with my appearance when I am overweight because I always feel like it is a lost cause, but today I felt beautiful. I hope everyone is having a wonderful and healthy week :)
