I've gotta say I am feeling pretty strong as far as my food intake. Even with the 4th of July holiday, I ate pretty healthy. I just didn't bother to record anything. YET, I am being very careful.

The only thing is my lackluster exercise attempts. I am currently on my cycle. Therefore, I am feeling particularly blah with cramps and my own insecurities. I want to try to rise above that, though. I am going to work out (even if it isn't as long or hard as I am used to working out) and try to feel better about myself.

I have to give myself credit where it is due, though. Despite dealing with my monthly cycle, I walked a great deal and at a fast pace all day Monday. I even took many flights of stairs. I live in Philadelphia so when you go downtown, walking is quite plentiful (the street lengths are extra long). My boyfriend and I were walking everywhere. I also have been doing a great amount of housework. You would be surprised how many calories you can burn just cleaning. I just really have to get back in the swing of things. I know that I am doing pretty good, considering how I am feeling.
