So...after yo-yoing my weight in the past year or so during which I didn't weigh in, I actually joined a weight-loss club. It is not point or calorie based. I have a to-do list for the day (8+ glasses of H2O, 3 portions of fruit a day, 60 grs. of bread or tortilla, 2 milk or yogurt portions, etc.) The weigh is still in, but haveing moved back home to live with my parentas has awaken my wish and skills for cooking in a healthy way. My body is having a positive reaction, I'm looking more "compact" although the scale doesn't change much. My hair and skin have had a dramatic change: I guess I was having a grat lack of iron and protein.
Overall, I'm feeling great although the carvings or eating anxiety do come back from time to time.
