UGH STUPID TIME OF THE MONTH im trying to not take so much midol bc of the caffiene but i have lost nothing since it started (thanks to the water retention of bloating i guess). so frustrated.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
