So I will not be posting much. I am using the diet calendar to log everything I eat. I feel like I am doing better I certainly feel a little better. I went to a couple thing last weekend and felt a bit out of place as they strategically placed me with the other two women without a mate. To tell you the truth I had a great time. I will admit that I am lonely. TD Jakes said that our holy place is not behind or in front of us but is right where we are now. I believe that I just don't feel it. Bless you all.
