Starting new goal today. I want to loose 2 lbs by next wednesday.
Did 30 day shred today, and 1 hour hot yoga.
So far eating is under control.

Why do Pizza crusts have so many calories????????????????????????????????Ughh!!
we are making homemade pizza's tonight and using veggies,etc. TH crust are killer!

My daughter made cheesecake squares for a party-I had a small one.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

We made homemade pizza last weekend, I even posted a pic of it because it looked so awesome. We buy fresh whole wheat dough at our supermarket which works out well calorie, fiber and carb wise.
