Pure Cardio this morning :) Love it and hate it 34 minutes of sheer huffing and puffing accept while stretching that was just sweating. But you get out of your workout what you put into it. Everyone have an awesome Tuesday.

Yeah I did a faster run last night and almost had a stroke lol. Felt good after I started breathing normally again. Gives you a nice rush though, eh?

Nic, it certainly does give you a rush. I always try to push it just a little harder than the day before.
