My starting weight was 250lbs. on Feb. 5th. Down now to 222lbs. on April 21st The first 25 was not to hard to get off but now I think I need to change my work out up a bit to get more off. how to prepare the food I lov I am really enjoying figuring oute to eat in a healthis is a life change!hier way and it works. No more diets for me...t
222.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
