yeehaa ive finally lost some weight. I did all my planned exercise and ate well without going hungry. im so relieved and happy. and it helps remotivate me. this morning im up dresssed and make up on. I had to go and buy some new clothes this week in a bigger size but I got things I really like that make me feel good. making the most of TODAY. happy weekend everyone xx
195.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
