Feeling depressed the last two weeks. I'm not making any effort to diet at all. Feeling don't care. Being unhappy in my personal life is causing me to loose interest. Just another "start over" lying ahead I suppose....

Why start over when you can keep going? I know, it's hard. I can't tell you how many times I've "fallen off the wagon" but hey, we're already started! Don't give up!

only YOU can make the changes for YOU.Look in the mirror ,is that who you want to be? Don't give up on yourself.....YOU can do this. Believe and have faith....YOU are worth it.

Don't give up, forget what you've eaten till now and make your next meal a better choice, one meal at a time. I fell down yesterday, but I'm forgetting that and focusing on the now. You can keep going, celebeate every good choice and forget the lows.
