I'm 25, and this isn't the first time I've tried this.

I've been unhappy with the way I look for as long as I can remember. And I've never kept the motivation to change it. Hubby keeps trying to help, but I just can't get over my insecurities around him to let him see me flop about as I exercise. So I'm hoping to at least get to a point where I can let him.
