Weight is the same. That's OK. I cheated having cake but still managed.








BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 138 AT 9:14 P.M.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
