Well, now that I have gained back 40 of the 50 I had lost... I started couch to 5K today. Day one was 25 minutes. I felt like I was going to die for the first part of running but as I went along it got better. I did feel like I was going to throw up when I was done but I never did. I also walked for another 5 minutes after the 25 C-K. So my goal is to lose the 40 I gained back plus up to 20 more.
