Ok so while I haven't lost any weight this week I'm okay with that. The last week I had a couple of treats from friends which I really expected to have gained weight. I'm glad I didn't and that the rest of the days I spent eating carefully (and under calorie goal) were worth it.

208.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
