Today was my weekly free meal day. My coconut shrimp tasted awsome but now I feel like crap. I should have ordered something healthier or even lighter. Oh well, I guess Ihave to remind myself every once inva while why I don't eat this way too much anymore. Tomarrow I have a BBQ to attend and I will control my portions and stick to more fruits and veggies and less mac ond/or potato salads.
