OK, I HAVE to get back to the basics!!!!!!!!!! Less calories in, more out and log everything!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I think logging and weighing every day definitely helps. I notice I don't let it get away from me. The one thing I really need to do is exercise. I started and stopped. You'll lose those 4 in no time at all :)

Oh--and I tell everyone this--have your thyroid checked. If it's out of whack, nothing you do will help. I finally after 13 years (had thyroid surgery 13 years ago) seem to be within the norm for my thyroid results.
