Gained about 10 pounds this month. Honestly, i'm not suprised. I havent been eating too terribly.. just more than I should of.. and 0 work outs.
This past month has been soooo stressful! A company I used to work for just bought the hotel I currently work for.. So there have been TONS of changes and new things to deal with at work. People getting fired, meaning lots and LOTS of overtime for me. :( Thankfully it's almost over though. I have a 7 day work week this week, then hopefully it will be back to normal after Monday. I'm tired of letting stress determine what I eat and why. So Ive been back at it for the past 3 days, and I'm not stopping again.

I'm wanting my hubby to get in on this with me too.. but seeing me stop and start over so many times over the past few months isnt much motivation to him. He only has about 50ish pounds to lose, but im hoping if he sees me succeed, then he might try too :)
