I hate having to go to work early. It means I have to bumb all my plans up on their time. I got up at 5:30 am just so i could go to the jym by 6 and work by 8. It puts alot of stress on my body.

Don't stress your body. Go to the gym later in the day. Why not think of something good/comforting to do for yourself every day, to show yourself some appreciation?

hey why not get an extra hour in bed and go to the gym after work? thats what i do when i have to be at work for 8am. Plus your metabolism works better if you dont deprive your body of sleep!
