Why do I have it in my head to eat less?...I can't allow my self to eat over 500 calories. All I eat is fruit, veggies, and vegan burgers. I'm stressed to no end and i seem to never be hungry anymore.

Are you aware that 500 calories or less a day is considered malnutrition????? My concern is you have no hunger anymore and you weigh 101 pounds so unless you are really, really short that is not very much. Not sure what to tell you actually. I would suggest seeing your doctor for input from someone trained to know what is going on with you food wise. If you are wanting to eat less than 500 calories a day I would venture a guess you have an eating disorder and those can kill you. Something to think about.

Yes, I will be your buddy but I am concerned about you as I said on your journal. You are flirting with serious potential health problems you know. Or DO you know that! I am morphing into mom mode now. Are you aware that the Red Bull can be contributing to your not being hungry too? Come on, honey, communicate with me.

Yeah girl, you have to keep eating. Try to bring up your calories by at least 100 each day. Once you hit 900 you're getting closer to what you need, but you need at LEAST 1200 to maintain a healthy weight. Under 100 lbs at your height is scary. Please be careful! You're a beautiful person and you don't have to quit eating to stay beautiful. Love yourself and treat yourself right! Think of your little brother :)

Also, think about adding a protein shake, or drinking SlimFasts or Ensure to add more calories (rather than as a meal replacement). They actually help you gain if you need to gain, and maybe psychologically seeing the "Slim" in the title will help. :)

Also, maybe just try thinking less about food. Is there something else in your life that is weighing you down? I notice sometimes when I'm super stressed I put all my stress into dieting, because that's something I can control, whereas the other factors in my life feel out of my control. Maybe find someone you can talk to about the things which are stressing you out.

Thank You guys for your concern. I got down to 98 lbs last week and it wasn't just because of little food. I was also talk an abundent amount of diet pills and things. BUT, my husband had enought of seeing me like that, so he raided all my pills, locked the computers so I couldn't get on this sight, and has allowed me to continue the gym as long as i don't abuse it. I now have it in my brain to eat more, but turn it into muscle (I look so good with a littl ebit of muscel) I am also going to see a counceler =) I weight 104 now guys. I'm actually happeir and have so much more energy. And i eat what i want reasonably =) Thank you!!!! Jessica

It sounds like you are doing this in a healthier way. That is hard to break habits that we get into but you are doing well. Keep up the good work and the exercise is great. Your hubby sounds very loving and caring.
