Still up in weight from last weekend. >.< Just doesn't want to drop all the way back down. grr. Though from Tuesday to Thursday I've dropped 4lbs. So maybe next week I'll be back on track. No big plans for the weekend, just going to stay home, cook something delicious for the 4th, maybe grill if it doesn't rain. And recoup from kickboxing this afternoon. :P Only a couple more hours!! Woot!!

That's it for today! And since I've finished my coffee, time to get us ready for the farmer's market. Need some onions, and would love some fresh basil for the chicken tonight.

4 pounds down in water weight is awesome... and I'm sure it's just home cooking sticking with you! I'm sure you'll be back to normal - perhaps after the kickboxing class! Can't wait to hear how it went! Sounds like a lot of fun!

Just got back from kickboxing. XD lol It kicked my A$$!! lol. I think I put out enough sweat to fill a kiddy pool. But it was so much FUN!! Had a several good talks with the people who work at the gym and am really leaning towards going there several times a week! Such a large variety of classes. And Jules did really well in the Child care area. She didn't want to leave when I was ready. I'll put more details in my journal tomorrow morning. Very tired right now.

I did a kickboxing class yesterday for the first time- it is no joke! It really gets your heart pumping and my shoulders are sore today, but that's a good thing, right? ;-) I'm finding that classes in general are a good way to stay motivated and keep variety in your workouts.

I felt quite exhausted afterwards. lol. But some greek yogurt and a piece of chocolate made me feel better Helewis. :P Go Gnat!! I've done kickboxing workout dvds at home some, so I was very excited to see that class open at the gym, it was only 30mins but it's very fast paced. I felt lucky to have done all the moves before and have reasonable balance. The soreness is a good thing, means your muscles are being worked and your body will get stronger!! One of the reasons I like this gym is the variety of classes they offer. I'll post more on it tomorrow, but now it's time to put the baby in her bed. :D Laters!!
