How is it possible to gain over 4lbs in 24hrs, despite a workout at the gym yesterday.... one fabulous meal in a fancy restaurant. Enjoyed every mouthful and am now paying the penalty. Thankfully, didn't have to pay the restaurant bill :) Oh well.... back to square one.
