Can't complain about the 1lb loss. I didn't do well with diet this past week. Exercise was lacking as well, due to being sick most of the week. I did start this week off strong though, pressing to complete it strong as well. I'm also really excited about this challenge I'm involved in. :-)
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week
