Transformation Butterfly's Journal, 30 March 2015

I have a correction from my last journal the name of the treadmill in a Nordic track. (I love it and have been working out every morning.) Today was the only exception as I will ride my bike this evening instead. It's a beautiful day the trees are blooming early this year unusual. I guess mother nature decided to take her paint brush set out early and dot all the flowers and the trees.
I just left fresh market after leaving work stressed out. I am proud of myself I walked past all of the delicious looking deserts (full of sugar)and bought a box of Greek frozen yogurt bars 100 calories. I just wanted something cold like Ice cream but healthier, lower in calories and not too much sugar. I made a quick get away before my eye caught something that I really should not be eating. (Easter candy is everywhere.)

April is just around the corner and I need to make a new motivational pyramid to hang on the wall to chart my workout progress. I didn't do a great job of charting in Jan. Feb. or March. I guess I was suffering from cabin fever a little, but spring is busting out all over and I refuse to bust out of my jeans. April is just around the corner and a new beginning to start off fresh. I hate to get back into the car, but just noticed no poster board in the house. No need procrastinating. I going to have to go back out to get the poster board. No excuses here. I hope everyone has a beautiful Easter and take sometime out to smell the flowers.

Good for you -- passing up the Easter candy and sugary treats! I would love to hear more about your motivational pyramid chart. I cannot seem to get motivated to exercise enough! How do you do it?
