So I am back from another trip to Idaho. I should be home now for quite some time until I am ready to move now. Last week was extremely difficult for me. Kids were sick with the stomach flu, I had a mild case of tonsillitis so it's not been very fun. I managed to workout yesterday but man, I paid for it. It wasn't a hard workout either. It was just the stretching but I felt queasy and super dizzy after so I needed to rest for quite some time after. I blame the sickness. Today, I feel somewhat better but not 100%. I am still going to workout though because I need to lose some of this weight by July.
I am planning a road trip (might change to flying...dunno yet) to Texas to visit some friends and well...I don't want to be all...jiggly. Yes...jiggly...that's a nicer way to put it lol! Anyhow, I am pretty positive about today being a good day despite being tired (long car rides are exhausting). I am going to push myself but not too hard. :)
