Yesterday hit a nice low of 143.5, however completely forgot to log it. That was after a nice low cal weekend Saturday. Unfortunately yesterday. while still in my RDI for the day, was incredibly high in sodium, so I am retaining water like crazy and shot back up. Boo!
On day 8 of my 10 day cleanse, and I'm happy that its put me back on track, food wise. I think I am going to start a 30 day challenge on the 1st. It'll be the last day of my cleanse, and I think it's nice that April has 30 days so it'll fall into place perfect. I don't really know what people do for 30 day challenges, I think its just eating right and working out everyday. We will see how it goes!
