Had plain simmered, shredded chicken with a whole lot of salad at my school luncheon. Kept the calories under 200. Ate fairly healthy at the next luncheon, and the party as well. Only had a few bites of cake. Went over my calorie count, but after my walk this morning, my weight was the same. I am very happy. Tomorrow starts the two challenges I joined. Let's see what the week brings!

Sounds like you are doing great and have a plan for yourself going on. I just completed my week challenge of zumba 20 min express and tomorrow I will set a new challenge for myself but I haven't decided yet though. Keep it up bethlauren8 your going to be very successful at this rate.
