So I lost 4.4 pounds this week by carefully watching what I ate and upping my exercise. I switched to a high protein low fat low carb diet. It is called Health Pointe 2.0. Is anybody here on this? It is working for me and I am extremely happy.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I've never heard of it, but I just looked it up and it seems to be good. Congrats on your weight loss! I need to up my exercise and diet especially.
