Down three pounds in 16 days...pretty sad considering I've been biking (28 km last week) and following the Atkins diet to a "T". I've had enough! Today I'm switching to the health pointe 2.0 plan. Wish me luck! :) Someday something is going to work.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Claret is red wine. it calls for two or three glasses at lunch...lol...I could do that but then I'm not sure my boss would want me driving?

Atkins was not the answer for me.

As you already know different approaches to healthy eating work differently for each individual. No matter what you try next, you NOW have a 3 lb. LOSS to use as a FOUNDATION for continuing success !!!!!! Keep on keeping on!!!!! We are cheering for you!!!!

Three pounds in a couple weeks is pretty great. The rate of loss for a diet depends on many factors. Celebrate every loss because they all take you to your goal. Good luck on your new plan though.

Three pounds is a great loss! If you lose slowly, it is usually permanent loss.
