Since I didn't start the lower fat until nearly the end of the week, I am not upset that I only lost 1lb. Gotta start somewhere right? 1lb is good.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

One pound is great. Take out 4 sticks of butter and look at them. That is what a pound of fat would look like. That's a lot of fat off the body.
