My grandfather, who I love very much, passed away last week. I tried to keep up my exercise and eat right but I haven't done well the last couple of days. Today I'm starting fresh and I'll begin recording everything I eat again. I'll also exercise at least 4 days this week. I want to be healthy for my family and so I can carry on my grandfather's legacy. And I think getting back to my normal routine will help me deal with my grief in an emotionally healthier way.
