I have to weight in tomorrow cuz the fatsecret said so!!! I've been staying at the same weight minus 1 for the last 9 days. I have to get past this. I'm working at the desk too much and not taking time for ME!!! I know I'm getting back into my old ways and it's hurting me. I have 20 lbs. to go and I have to get on it!!!! I can do this!

Hang in there. I feel your pain, I have been holding now for over 20 days. It's easy to start thinking it isn't worth it. BUT, hopefully if we are faithful to it we will see results again.
