200 won't let me say goodbye....
200.0 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with Michael. It will let go. Just hang in there. I had trouble busting out of the 160s a couple of weeks ago, but I pushed on and I finally got below. Now to kick the next tens' butt!

After struggling 6 1/2 years with postpartum weight from my first pregnancy, I had finally shaken off about 30 lbs of extra weight to flirt with 200 and below...when I got pregnant again! Now, 4 1/2 years after my second child, I am back in the game, but so, so far from 200 (and my ultimate goal weight of 150). I will do one major happy dance when I dip below 200...I will consider that my first, truly significant weight loss accomplishment of the last decade! So, don't lose hope! And, on behalf of all 200+ people out there, KEEP ROCKIN' IT and reach for the next big milestone!
