Day 2 on Induction phase and people are passing around a bag of pretzles... hard to resist but I have to remember why i am doing this.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 March 2015:
1099 kcal Fat: 87.06g | Prot: 62.18g | Carb: 16.42g.   Breakfast: Egg, Half and Half Cream, Sweet Red Peppers, Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa (2 oz). Lunch: Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Sweet Red Peppers, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Olive Oil, Grilled Chicken. Snacks/Other: Sargento Munster Cheese, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Sargento Munster Cheese, Meijer Sliced Pepperoni, Half and Half Cream. more...

Haha! I'm on day 4 of induction. I'm feeling really tired and felt really hungry last night. Yesterday at work one of the girls came around with my favorite of all time.....the Reeses peanut butter egg. I told her no, just no. She kept pushing and I told her the only yummy candy I could have was the kind with ZERO carbs. I had to tell her, no candy has zero carbs. It was funny because my boss jumped in and said, she's on Atkins, leave her alone.
