I am now is Phase 4 and doing ok. I can honestly say that I have changed my lifestyle and learned how to choose better foods. I am going to go back to Phase 1 in a week to try to lose more weight.
I have lost 14 pounds since I started my weight loss journey and no longer losing anymore weight. So I started mixing up my workouts and will do fruits and veggies for 4 days. Hopefully by September, i can lose 16 more pounds.
