Well it has been about 2 1/2 months since I started the FSD and I have changed my eating habits successfully. I have lost a total 15 pounds since I started exercising and 6 of those pounds were lost in the FSD. I do think that I have reached a plateau. So being that I am in the last stage of the diet and not losing any more weight, I am going back to phase I of the diet.
I am thinking about doing it for only 5 days, depending on how it goes. I have some great meals plans lined up and excited to see if I can break through the plateau!
