Mirej's Journal, 20 July 2009

I have been pretty sick for the past couple days... have an eye infection, went to the doctor; got some ointment to put on my eye which didn't help much... and will most likely go back today to see another doctor!

Then got some -summer- cold out of nowhere, I always wear a sweather at work because AC is on, always wear long pants and am so careful... and I ended up with a very bad cold, sore throat, big headache and ended up coming back home from work on Friday morning.
Spent the whole Friday & weekend drinking tea, taking meds and trying to get better... and then... the cough came and I had to buy syrup and lozenges, OMG!!!

By the end of Sunday, I was feeling a bit better, at least no headache... and then the cramps in my stomach came... guess what... TOM!!! Argh!!! All together like a freaking domino effect of things going down for me... I am so SICK of being sick and in pain!

The summer this year sucks, very bad weather we had these last days, or should I say for the past 2 weeks... cold... and cloudy... and just ugly! I wanna move to Australia! :)

And yea.. today is a nice day, but I am coughing at work & sneezing.. and drinking warm warm warm. I did go outside for my break and lunch to get some Vitamine D... I needed it!

And my challenge No Excuses is starting today, one very positive and good thing... about 75 people joined so far, it feels good!

So yea, I am NOT in a bad mood or unmotivated, I am only attacked by all kind of weird things that I need to fight in order to stay healthy and well.. and I can't wait to exercise again! Grr! :)

Have a good day everyone.. I am doing my best to enjoy mine... at work drinking my coffee and having lots of warm water... (not ice cold...) ... and that's it. ;) Keep it up.. If I survive this, everyone will survive anything else!

Hope you feel better soon! Being sick really puts a damper on the weight loss. :-(

I am fighting it! Thanks for reading my wyning lol... the weight loss has not stopped regardless of the fact that I am sick. I am still eating the same and the weight goes up and down a pound or 2 as usually, but I am definitely missing the exercises! I hope to be ready to workout again by tomorrow... crossing my fingers! :))
