I am very annoyed at my self for letting this weight pile back on again, I am still lighter than my worst but so much heavier than I ever should be again. I always do this why do I not learn. GRRRR bad Buny1

Hi Buny1, If you're VLCD'ing? It's gonna be your body restocking it's glycogen stores. I find that after low carbing or any diet that puts you into ketosis, the body will want to restock (for me at least) around 6 lbs of water weight (glycogen) when coming back out of ketosis. If you go straight back onto a high carb diet the body will do this rapidly, or if take a couple of weeks to refeed (slowly reintroducing carbs), then wont usually notice the body doing it.

Hi Hollypeg, congrats at taking the first step to help yourself. I am the worlds worst dieter, but when, I say WHEN I'm on a mission this site really helps. I really do diet better with a little communication from like minded people, hopefully it will work for you too.
ebvir, thanks for your imput, I actually didn't know that, although I that is why there are several steps to any diet I suppose, just me being a bad dieter, chose to ignore them, yes and paid the consequences lol.
Anyway keep communicating hollypeg either with me or others, it really does help. Speak soon.
