Don't worry about the ups and downs of the scale! Keep the focus, eat consistently and if you exercise, get that in. It will all align in the end!

Aurora: I am planning to weigh less often myself ... the numbers on the scale can be a distraction now that I have the eating bit in order. I would love to be able to weigh only once per month ...but not sure I have that will power.

Well, today, my friends, I ATE... a lot. I was very hungry. We will see what happens tomorrow. Jenn, Once a month is ideal, but who can do that. What I can do so far is to resist just making the weight entry in here :-)
