NIGHT SHIFT MAKES THIS REALLY DIFFICULT ... the food is chosen and stacked in the fridge for this next 24 period from 10AM fri TO 10 AM sat. ...Most if it is portable and looks like more than I can eat... I will be full unless I eat every 3 hours hungry or not. This first bit of renewed vigor in my dieting will look fantastic.. but it is not so great... I have been lax in taking my furosemide 40mg Q day. So the water will go..... and there will be probably about 6 to 10 pounds. all water. But it will look like a miracle.... please do not let it discourage you in your efforts.
