Hi everyone, as you know I've been off for months. One interesting thing that happened was I was cleaning out a bureau drawer and in a book I found a paper with a list of things I was trying to attract into my life dated the year 2000! Guess what? I wanted to be thin, weigh around 200 lbs. That is the only thing that I have now that came to pass on this list... I had a long list of material things like money, a house, a girlfriend, etc. so I thought maybe if all of you might write down your goal weight and look at it every day and already believe as having achieved it that it too will come to pass as it did with me...
