Not bad. Earlier in the week on an unofficial weigh-in day it was even lower, but I'm sticking as close to Fridays as I can. Keep plugging on!
184.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
