Awesome! down 3.4 lbs this week. Since last monday not the weigh in I did a couple days ago. I wont weigh in again until next monday now. :) I go from monday to monday. I have a blog I keep my recipes, updates and other stuff on too. I have youtube channel and make weekly videos as well. It's fun and helps to hold myself accountable! I'm very open and honest too!

Thanks :) I love atkins, I wish I knew in my 20's! I been over weight since I was like 11, basically when I hit puberty it started.
