I did NOT do a good job with my diet this week for whatever reason, but still worked out enough to take off a couple pounds. I had a very good day yesterday, though, so hopefully I'm back into it! As always, good luck to all with the goals you're trying to achieve!
292.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.0 lb a week
