Totally forgot to post Sunday, but I did drop another pound to get to 291. I actually did very well with my diet, but I'm also in the process of moving, so that's not leaving a whole lot of time or energy for working out!
291.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Every pound counts! I am amazed at your determination and commitment to exercise! Keep it up! Sorry the Challenge was closed to new people...I didn't realize they shut it down like that. Just keep up the exercise and try to "stop and think" before reaching for the unhealthy foods. That's MY biggest obstacle (unconscious eating) when I don't realize what I've eaten until it's too late! :( but since I joined FS I have been VERY good :)
