yesterday was bad. I was really, really bad. Stress won hands down. Actually so bad I dread to imput my food as I know I went over my calories by at least a thousand. Why? Why? I was doing so well.
Oh well today is a new day.
One thing I know for absolute sure no salt. My hands are swollen and I feel absolutely bloated. This is all self inflicted. So not good.
Okay whine is over

On a brighter note even with the binge I still didn't eat any peanutbutter. One small victory.

So for today I am grateful for

My family
Roof over my head
A new day
Wake up call on how emotional eating makes you feel like crap!!!!!!

One day at a time is all you can do. As a kid, you fell off your bike but you always got back on right? No different here. Get back on and keep yourself pumped! I am down 19 lbs on my way to 50. I may not get there as fast as I want, but I will get there. You can do it too!
