Ok must be the Nut Crisp Bars, lol. The last 2 nights I have gotten up in the middle on the night to let the dogs out and was so hungry I ate one of these little gems and have lost weight both days. Not saying that is why, but if it works stick with it, right! They are so good and only 10 carbs. They stop the hunger thou and they are not big enough that I wake up hungry that morning. Just a tip I thought I would share. Hope you all have a great day and good mental health and body of course! :)
212.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
