I wore my gray pants today for the first time in a very long time. They are too tight and hurt. Today, they are no longer tight. They are a size 8 and I can wear them!!! I have lost 2 inches off the hips and 1.5 off the waist!!!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
